Help Me?

On the busy streets of Chinatown, an old Chinese women who was trying to cross the road with one hand holding a walking stick and the other carrying a worn-out bag, walked up to you, pulled your sleeves and said "Help Me!". How would you react when you couldn't catch the weird Chinese accent of hers? Would you think that she is just another beggar asking for money? Our dear OH has a hilarious story of his own =)
